Windows 10: Has hotmail removed the Block option from the Junk mail folder?

The junk mail folder had an option to block the selected junk mails before. This option no longer exists. Has the Hotmail removed the block option from the Junk folder or it has been moved somewhere? Can user select all junk mails in the Junk Folder to block them instead of manually move them one by one to the block list? Thank you for your answer.

To get notification from Outlook on Hotmails that are directly going to your Junk Mail Folder, you need to change the options for the Junk Email Filter click

What does this mean "Tick also block future messages."? What does tick mean?

You are also not giving option in windows 10 e-mail- the wheel is in lower right hand corner & there is no option preventing junk mail
