    How to download sent items or Facebook messages from 'any time'?

    I selected ‘Download email from any time’, but only newly sent email is shown (this also applies to Facebook messages). Any suggestions on how to solve this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community. Let me assist you.

    I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

    Steps:-

    • Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
    • Click on Task Scheduler Library.
    • Select the particular task and right click on it.
    • Select End.

    Defender updates no longer shown

    Sorry but I just want to see Defender updates listed in my update history. Updates for office 2010 etc are shown so why not Windows Defender?
