Windows 10: Has Microsoft Support gotten worse? do these "technicians even have any qualifications?"...

so i had a slightly complacated issue with windows 10. granted it was not the easiest thing to fix. i work with windows every day at a computer repair shop however it was the weekend and i did not want to bother my boss about this issue. so i thought i would contact Microsoft Support. what a mistake that was.I live in the netherlands and usually Microsoft has the option to talk to someone via the phone in my native language. however calling the support line simply offered to send me a link to microsofts online support then promptly ended the call. this means i will have to chat to a "technicia

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
