Windows 10: Haven't received Windows 11 update

Hi,I still haven't received the Windows 11 update when my PC meets all of the requirements needed for the OS.I'm not too sure why I haven't received it.Was hoping to find some help on the issue.Tried to insert a screenshot of Windows update but it keeps failing to insert.Cheers,Sean

This is funny, people starting threads because they get the Notification and don`t want to install 11 yet, and other people starting threads because they haven`t received the Notification but want to install 11. *Biggrin

 

Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.
