Windows 10: Haven’t Received Windows 24H2 Update Yet

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble getting the Windows 24H2 update on my PC. Despite checking for updates regularly, it hasn’t shown up yet. My system meets all the requirementsI’ve tried clearing the Windows Update downloads folder and running the Windows Update Troubleshooter, Is there a known issue or a device block due to incompatible software that might be causing this? If so, how can I identify and resolve it?Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.
