Windows 10: Having 0x80070005 error and "appropriate permissions" and other issues

Hello,


I am having errors 0x80070005, errors associated with "not having appropriate permissions to access" and "you must have at least 2mb of free space on your TEMP drive!"


I have tried restarting and shutting down multiple times

I cannot do the following

1. run troubleshooter on apps or windows updates

2. cannot update, install or uninstall programs

3. create a new admin user

4. or run comman prompt as a admin

5. Not all programs and apps will run.
