Windows 10: Having issues with my lock screen

Hi

I have issues with my lock screen. I'v tried so many things like scanning my system for check if there any corrupted file , disable lock screen and enable it again, reinstall the windows spotlight, check the power settings, check the screen saver, but noting work. The issue is the screen gos black instead of the lock screen ,that when i leve my laptop a few minutes the screen becomes black and lock screen not popping up, the windows key +L work fin and the picture change every day by it self, i think that issues came after i downloaded an app from windows play store called HD wallpapers but i'm not sure wit the name . So if u have any suggestions that will be great

Lock Screen Image Issue

I would suggest you to set the default pictures as the Lock Screen picture from the PC and check if it works or not.

Follow the steps below:

• In start type "settings" and press enter.
• Select Personalize
• From the left click on "Lock screen"
• Select the default picture and conform by preview.

Lock screen woes

I would suggest you to follow the below steps to try resolving the issue.

Setting the timeout for Lock Screen

• Press Windows + I and select personalization.
  
• Select Lock screen.
  
  
• Select the Screen Timeout setting.
  
• Select the time of timeout you need and check.
