Windows 10: Having problem with game installation on Microsoft Store

I got the Xbox pass that allows me to gain access to 100+ games ..the thing is when my download gets to 90% error pops up(When I retry it gets resumed. It gets slowly back to 90% after that there is an installing message. Installing message disappears after few seconds leaving me with an error message with code 0x80070005. It gets frozen on 90% on every Game tried with FH4 and State Of Decay 2). I tried fixing it with live chat support. Even they weren't sure what was causing the problem.

Trying to install games from Microsoft Store on Windows 10

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried each of these, with no results. I would also like to note that on the Microsoft Store app, in my library, the game is listed, however, no option to install it is given.
