Windows 10: Having trouble pairing AirPods 2

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to pair my Airpods 2 to my Dell Inspiron 5402 (which has Windows 10), but I'm getting an error that says "We didn't get any response from the device. Try connecting again" when I try to connect.

I've been able to successfully pair to my iPhone and another Windows 10 laptop, and I've already looked around other forum posts and websites, but they didn't work. After the rep at Dell tech support couldn't solve the problem, they referred me online Software Repair service which is $99, so I was hoping if y'all had any suggestions or could help before it comes to that.

AirPods paired but won't connect.

Thank you for replying.



I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if that helps:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, and select
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand, Human Interface Devices.
   
3. Look for AirPods Audio/Video Remote Control HID and
   AirPods Hands-Free Call Control HID, right click on each entry and select
   Properties.
   
4. Go to the Power Management Tab, clear the checkbox for
   Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
   
5. Also, repeat step 4 for Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID.
   
6. Click on OK.

Airpod Pro pairing

Airpods will pair with laptop (windows 10, Lenovo X-1) but cannot be connected to as a sound device. Have reinstalled Bluetooth driver (Intel), removed and reinstalled the airpods, all to no avail. Any assistance is appreciated.

 

AirPods Pro can't synchronize on Win 10

Seems to be a different problem, they paired before and suddenly can't get paired again, mine is about list on ratio devices, but unable to access it, I set AirPods in pairing mode, enable Bluetooth on Windows 10, search devices in ratio and select AirPods Pro, but they don't synchronize, just never respond.
