Windows 10: Having trouble with Blue screen...

So um, hello everyone! As the title reads, I am having problems with BSOD. Actually, its not me, but my friend who is having problems.

Thing is, the blue screen only appears when I start some programs - more specifically Minecraft and .exe games. Its a MSI Laptop (from which I am writing this), and it was purchased very recently, in 2015. It has not much software installed at all and I have installed all the latest and best drivers I can find and I updated the few programs there are - but nothing works!

It still crashes, leaving me with a sad smiley and the text DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION,

Dont think I havent tried to fix this already haha, Ive heard that Synaptics does some funky stuff, but it is not on this computer. I will add a link to the MEMORY.dmp with this post if you want to check that out - any help is very much appreciated!

You've posted your complaint to the wrong place. This is a forum for phones that run the windows mobile operating system NOT for iphones, which run a completely different operating system. You'd do well to go post your complaint to an iPhone forum,

like one of the ones I found by googling "iPhone forum"

 

Please follow the directions posted at the top of the forum and at the top of each thread. That will help a great deal.
