Windows 10: HD Color Settings - loads then closes

My settings app crashes whenever I open this one specific page, and its really annoying. On the Display page, I then go to the Windows HD Color settings page, it opens for a moment and loads, then closes out about 3 seconds later. I'm unable to change any of the settings on it during this time. The issue arose after I turned "Stream HDR Video" on. My display, I believe, isn't HDR compatible. My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 340

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Personalization.
• In the left navigation pane, click on Colors.
• In the right pane, select the Accent color and close the Window and check for status.

Windows 10 Screen Flashing/inverting colors

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.
