Windows 10: HD Writer 3.0

I have a camcorder HDC-TM900. I have AE Writer AE 3 installed on my computer. It has worked well since I installed it and still works. I recently changed my OS to Windows 10. Now, when I try to transfer from my camera to computer, only video will transfer. Audio does not. I tape lectures so I need the audio. How can I ghet an upgrade?

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Peachtree E-mail Writer and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below to uninstall Peachtree E-mail Writer:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• Look for Peachtree E-mail Writer and right click on it and click on
  uninstall.
• Reboot the computer after uninstall is complete and try to reinstall it.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve XPS document writer issues.

• 
  Right click on empty area on Desktop, click on Create and select New text document.
  
• 
  Open the created text document and type some text (input text as you desire, save and close text file)
  
• 
  Again open the text document, click on File tab and click on Print.
  
• 
  Select the Microsoft XPS writer and click on Print button.
  
• 
  You may select the location to save the file.

ok
i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
