  2. Weird Sound Effect playing in the Background from time to time

Weird Sound Effect playing in the Background from time to time, Whenever I play a game or watch Netflix from time to time, I start to hear this weird sound effect sorta of like sci fi sound effect playing in the background (headset) and it hasn't happened
before. I troubleshoot audio maybe even disable audio enhancements but nothing.

    Hi,

Try the steps listed below and check if it fixes the issue.

    • Search for ‘Device Manager’ from the search bar on the taskbar and open it.
    • Expand ‘Sound, Video and Game controllers’.
    • Right click on the audio driver and choose ‘Update driver software’.
    • Select ‘Browse my computer for driver software’ and choose ‘Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer’.
    • Pick ‘High Definition Audio Device’, click on ‘Next’ and follow the instructions to install it.

Check if the issue persists once the installation is complete.

    Regards,

    Changing Time Format

    Hi Mary,

There's a possibility that the set up time format in your computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is military time. To have this checked, you can try to reset the time of your computer through Control Panel. See the steps below on how to do
    so:

    • Open Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region >
Change date, time, or number formats. This would open the
      Region
      window.
    • From there, click on Additional settings at the bottom part. It will open the Customize Format.
    • Click Reset; then, OK.

The steps should work; however, if not, we suggest that you contact manufacturer and have the BIOS time checked.

Let us know what happens after doing the suggestions .
