Windows 10: hdd failure

Hello , Every time i start on my laptop it freezes at a point before the windows Sign appears, even if I want to enter the configuration when pressing F10 , it takes a while. So vie took out the regular HDD and left the SSD in the laptop . Then the laptop come back to normal very fast with just the SSD alone.Then I've connected the HDD that i've removed to an external cable as external HDD , it shows as a RAW ' local drive D: ' in my computer ,but it cant open neither perform a format or scan ..etc. . I've opened the disk management but got stuck on "loading disk configuration

HDD Corrupt ?
