    HDD Initializing issue


    Hi, so I just spend roughly $5500 on a new pc which has been working pretty great except for random freezing from time to time, the entire computer just kind of slows down then turns off then when I turn my pc back on my second HDD has vanished from my computer and when checking disk management is uninitialized and needs to be reformatted so i lose all my data this is obviously getting rather annoying as spending a good chunk of money was kind of hoping it would just be pretty well perfect out of the box

    It was a custom built from pc case gear the specs are



    - 2 Year Warranty    - Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD 1TB- Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120R ARGB AIO Cooler- Western Digital WD Black 4TB WD4005FZBX 3.5in Hard Drive- Phanteks Eclipse P600S Tempered Glass Anthracite- Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64bit OEM DVD- AMD Ryzen 9 3900X with Wraith Prism- ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero WiFi Motherboard- Cooler Master MWE Gold Fully Modular 750W Power Supply- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB 4x8GB 3600MHz CL18 DDR4- Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Xtreme 11GB
    I cant find any solutions online nor do I know what's causing it and it's starting to get a bit annoying having to redo my hard drive every day its happened 5 times in 4 days now any help would be appreciated.

    It is possible that your
    HDD was unreadable
    causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:


    • Shutdown
      your
      PC.

    • Unhooked
      the
      HDD
      and
      turn on
      your
      PC.

    • Reconnect
      your
      HDD
      and
      restart
      your
      PC.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
    laptop/computer's manufacturer
    for further assistance.

    HDD Initializing issue

    HDD Corrupt ?

    Hi,

    There are many possible reasons this issue is happening. We'd like to ask few questions below:

    • What is the brand name of you Hard Disk Drive?
    • How old is the HDD?
    Since you already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, we suggest visiting the manufacturer's website. Find and download a hard drive diagnostic software to help resolve the issue.
