Windows 10: HDR support for windows 11

I search the forum and there are many questions about HDR but I could not find the solution of my issue.I have LG 34WP65C-B that is capable of HDR10. When go to System>Display>HDR. I get Play streaming HDR video not supported, Use HDR not supported. Auto HDR doesn't seem to do anything in Windows 11

All I can suggest is to check out a few articles. My hardware does not meet the specifications for HDR.

Will the Movies & TV app on Windows 10/11 ever support HDR?

Unable to switch HDR colour on .

I think that is a wise decision, windows had never been the quickest to take on new variations in technology - what I suggest is to set a reminder for six months from now to check the progress of HDR support.

Of course with Windows 11 now "spooling up" it may be an idea to check it's support for HDR, as it's a free update and may have better support, but there is a downside as the systems have changed quite a bit between Win10 & Win11 as have the hardware requirements
