Windows 10: HDR10 in Windows 1903, Text Blurry/Not Correct

Hi, Ive just bought a HDR10 monitor (Benq) and Im connecting to a RTX 2080. Windows 10 is up-to-date. Im connecting via HDMI 2.0? i believe, though im not certain.

When i turn HDR mode on in windows, the text becomes very difficult to read. As in its blurry and thinner than normal. Ive googled the problem and tried to mess around with cleartype?, but it made the problem a bit worse in some cases and i cant find a normal-ish setting. When i turn HDR mode off, windows looks very nice and its very readable.

However, without HDR mode on in windows, i cannot play games in HDR mode. The obvious work around is to only flip on HDR mode when I want to game, but Im curious as to a proper fix for the text issue.

Is there one? Ive read here on this site that you turn off windows HDR mode, and turn it on via the GPU software. However, when i tried this, COD WW2 didnt recognise the HDR monitor in the settings menu, for example.

slightly blurred text

hey guys, i have a 26 inch lcd hdtv hooked to my system through vga. the text is slightly blurry. is there some thing i can do about this or do i need a new videocard to correct this problem. all spec are in specs list. thanks in advance.

If you mean the following menu then this is how I have it already set, on both of my monitors. Those Windows components appear with blurry text on both of them. I never touched anything else. And my apologies for mentioning the term "DPI" on my initial post - I've corrected it now. I meant the "zooming".

I have read many topics and tried some of the methods were suggested. I don't know which one of them actually solved this problem but it doesn't matter because finally, it seems fine now. Anw, you can find all of those methods I've tried here:
