Windows 10: Headphone detected as speaker and mic not working

My headphone was working well previously but after i plugged in my PS4 controller i think it just override the software or something. I used to be able to listen and talk with this headphone and in the sound playback panel it will be detected as KZ earphone but now it is detected as speakers and it is shown that the earphone is disconnected. The most important thing is that the mic is no longer detected. I cant talk with my headphone anymore. I've tried a lot of ways but it didnt work... like updating the drivers. Pls help

Front Panel Headphones and Mic not working.

Hey Everyone,

Mobo : ASUS M2N MX SE
Processor : AMD Athlon X2 5200+
OS : Windows XP Professional SP2 x86

My Rear panel Speakers and mic works all fine. I got a new set of headphones(with mic) when i connect it to the front panel they don't work. NO SOUND OUTPUT.

I updated the audio drivers. I tried a few many things but I still can't get them running.
My default Sound Manager is Realtek HD Audio Manager.

Please help me get my Front Panel working. A step-by-step guide would be better.

No Speakers or Headphones detected

• Have you tried using other headphones or external speakers?
