Headphone jack problems on my PC case after reset.

My headphone jack on the front panel of my PC case will not work. The problem started after I completely reset my PC. It worked before the reset. My drivers are up to date and I plugged in my HD audio cable into my motherboard securely. Google is no help because this doesn't seem to be a common problem. I have tried everything that would come to mind. I think it is a problem with windows 10 and not the case or motherboard but I do not know what else to look into fixing. Please help!

    Thank you.

    :)

    Hi Jonathan,

Issues with headphones or headphone jack could have happened due to hardware issues. To isolate your concern, we suggest that you update your driver. You can follow this

    Headphone jack not working

    Hi,

Sadly it is confirmed that the problem is with the headphone jack. I suggest you to consult a laptop technician to repair/replace the headphone jack. If you have any further queries feel free to ask.

    headphone jack problem

    Hi,

I've had my phone, Nokia 700 for about a month now and it's been working perfectly until recently when it stopped playing music through the headphones. At first, I thought it was the headphones that were the problem but I've tried other headphones and the
phone still does not recognise their connection, i.e. it doesn't show the headphone icon at the top of the screen when they are plugged in and instead plays the music through the loudspeaker. So i'm guessing it's a problem with the jack.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?
