Windows 10: Headphones disconnecting

My Razer Electra headphones keep disconnecting after the latest windows 10 update,its usually after i boot up the system or when i am afk for a bit and return.I fix this issue by pulling the 3.5 jack out and putting it back in but that is not the solution and i dont want to wear it down.Any idea on how to fix this?

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.
