Windows 10: healthcare academy

When I try to print my certificates a screen comes up that says my privacy is turned on. How do I turn it off so I can print my certificates. It also does it when I try to print info from Club Wyndham.

Kahn Academy Videos Crash on My Surface Pro 4

Thank-you for the suggestions. However, I no longer experience these problems when I watch the short Kahn Academy videos on Google Chrome. I experienced these problems visualizing the videos on Microsoft Edge.

 

Can't get to Microsoft Virtual Academy on Microsoft Edge

Are you able to open other sites on MS Edge?

This issue may have occurred due to a server issue. I have checked now and I was able to successfully open the Microsoft Virtual Academy site on my MS Edge browser.

I suggest you to retry to connect to the Microsoft Virtual Academy
site and check if you are able to open it. Before that, I recommend you to clear the cache and cookies.

  Click on the More actions (…) icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
  
• 
  Select Settings and click on
  Choose what to clear.
  
• 
  Check the boxes Browsing history,
  Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and
  files and click on Clear.

Why is there not an app of Microsoft Virtual Academy? Could you please help me to how to use MVA without an app?

  Are you trying to install the application on PC or mobile device?
  

Virtual Academy application is not available for PC version, it is only for mobile device also, you are trying to access MVA app from Windows 10 computer then you can download it from Windows store.
