Windows 10: Heart Stopper

This afternoon, MS pushed two innocuous Windows 10 updates. The whole process took about three minutes and seemed be without issue. However, upon restart I had no connection to my ISP and each attempt to connect was met with the ominous message "Bad Gateway."

So I tried ipconfig /all and it showed the correct IP address for the computer and the correct gateway. At this point, I'm really, really nervous and contemplating what to do next. The anxiety meter is creeping into the red when, all of a sudden the internet is back in fine form.

It seems that my ISP choose to go South at exactly the same time as the updates installed. How often does that happen?

Vista Oberon Microsoft Hearts for MS10?

Sorry to be a continued pain, but following the directions to post feedback does NOT work as illustrated. Instead of getting groups of subjects that best categorizes my experience, suggestion after selecting Windows Feedback I get diverted to a Google listing
of websites, ALL of which look to be signups for Insider, which does NOT interest me. Can only assume the instructions, prompts on my Windows 10 app have changed. Is there a DIRECT method to convey my preference for bringing back the Oberton MS Hearts cardgame
available on Vista machines, replacing the MS10 Hearts

Process Stopper Broke Windows 10

Hello,

Recently, I was trying to disable Microsoft Edge on my Windows 10 computer. I was reading a tutorial on how to do this. It told me a few steps, and among these it said to rename the Microsoft Edge folder. When I tried to do this, an error popped up saying: "The Action Can’t Be Completed Because the Folder or a File in it is Open in Another Program". I looked up how to fix this error and found an article that recommended Process Stopper, which I installed. Afterwards, I looked through Process Stopper for Microsoft Edge and accidentally stopped explorer.exe. The background and taskbar disappeared. In an attempt to fix it, I shut down the computer with the intent to restart it. Unfortunately, I am unable to turn the computer back on. I hold down the power button, and the keyboard lights up for a few seconds then it goes dark again. How can I fix this?
