Windows 10: Heavy Internet usage

Hey... I check whole pc but there is no update is running but my whole internet data is automatically used. When I checked the task manager it show BITS service is using that data. But if no update is running then what is happening....PLz help to solve this

Data usage is not showing correct info!

i watched youtube, downloaded some programs and videos, updated my system, but still my wifi usage showing under 5 mb with only 2 or 3 system program listed. no mention of chrome and fdm.i've tried reset usage and after i tested again with new heavy usage, and it is still not showing the correct info.

• Does it happens when your using Internet Explorer 11 only? Is it also the same while using other browsers?
