Windows 10: HEllo anyone can help me fiqure out the reason behind the error message Event ID 7000?

im going insane someone please help me, MY system keeps restarting when playing call of duty black ops 6 and my whole system will crash and the error code says The AMD RyzenMasterDriverV227 service failed to start due to the following error. Cannot create a new file Whena a file is already exits

We're using windows 10 enterprise edition 64bit but often getting bluescreen also unexpected restart without any reason.

We have tried to restage the machine but still the same error message. We have check Event viewer logs in the computer we found around 102890 within one hour Event ID : 7000 and Event ID: 26.



Event ID 7000 error code



The Blocki service failed to start due to the following error:


Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.



Event ID 26 error code



The description for Event ID 26 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on
the local computer.



If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.



The following information was included with the event:



\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Blocki.sys failed to load



If you have any solution for this issue please could you share with us to resolve the problem ASAP.

Hi, I have screen OCR'd part of your error message for you so it is text- and a search can be done.

The Browser service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
