    Hello everyone, when I use a computer and do something, something like this suddenly appears at any time and what can I do to help solve this problem? It seems that nothing is threatening the screen, because if something was threatened, it would not appear on the screenshot. There seems to be some systemic flaw.Also, a month ago I changed the memory of my computer with a program, because the C drive had 80gb and the D drive 389gb, and with that program I gave about 220gb per disk. After doing this, some menus of Windows 95 appeared and I decided to reinstall Windows not by reset, but entirely

    Hi Jim,

    For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.
