Windows 10: Hello Geeks System repair

Has anyone heard or have done business with this company? They said they are a Microsoft Certified Company. They told me I had some serious problems with my drivers and very soon my system on windows 10 would not work. They also said that buying a new system from Dell or Microsoft would not help. But they had the a software that would take care of the problem So I bought into to it. My system seems to be working ok.

However, I like to know if this a company that Microsoft had authorized because I having some after thoughts. Especially the information they were telling me. Plus the fact I'm concerned when they said not to buy a Dell that bothers me.

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

downloaded a virus i think called geek buddy and or reimage repair. please help
