Windows 10: Hello I am James

Hello, I am James , earlier today I forgot my HP laptop password and decided to reset it to default....while in the process..my laptop went off because of the power supply....when I tried turning it on again..it says ."A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM trusted platform module . WARNING: clearing erases information stored on the TPM.You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys. Press f1 to accept...press f2 to reject...." ....I now don't know what to do because when I press the f1 key to accept... nothing happens.....the fans are r

To resolve this camera issue for your Windows Hello, we suggest that you run Hardware and Device troubleshooter. Refer to the following steps:

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.
