Windows 10: Hello, I have a weird app enabled on startup and i'd like some help on it

So, when I checked what apps open on startup, I found this strange one, named Program. Is it some malware or is this a necessary app? How can I find more about it, because I see it for the first time. Thanks in advance.

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
