Windows 10: hello ther

okay after windows 10 update 2004

i cant use any browser 2x soon i close the browser and 30 min later i wane open it , It don`t open not 1 chrome not edge not and brave not . i most reboot my pc this need 15min and 34 sec exact litle long good i can use all browser again . if i open some programs the same problem i cant open them any more after i close them ,,, again reboot from 15 min and 34 sec ,,,, and the hdd is working hard the LED do not stop for 2 sec ,, if i reboot normal whit out windows problem my pc reboot in 3 sec ....

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'

My hello sign in stopped working.
