Windows 10: Hello

I have a computer from my new girlfriend. Its a year plus. I get the blue screen of death on. I automatically go into recovery see if i can maybe recover from an old image, or restore point, etc. I got nothing on either end. Also There is no RESET or REFRESH option in to troubleshoot menu. I am thinking i reinstall windows on there, its 10, but i do not know how to keep her license!

She is a college student at the moment and cash is more than tight!

I have done all hard ware checks, passed with flying colors.

I read all of the posts i could find on here, on hp support, etc. Nothing helps.

The only option is the reinstall, i do not have the key she used, and she doesn't have a microsoft account to go from....

HALP!!!!

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.

Login with PIN and Hello

My hello sign in stopped working.
