Windows 10: Hello

I can't use the headset microphone, it shows me that it's connected, but it recognizes it when I want to test it doesn't record any value. I tried to do a microphone test online, but he finds it, but when I test it, he tells me that it is used by an application and that it must be closed, but I don't know which application. Can you help me? I mention that these headphones work because I tried them on a laptop.
