Windows 10: HELP: 2018-08 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 1709 for x64 based System...

It is more than a month that I am trying to fix windows updates without any success. When I view installed updated history the following message appear:

Any help to fix this issue?

I have Windows 10 and there is an update that never updates. The • 2018-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4088776) just stays there and wants to be updated but never updates. Any suggestions??
