FM radio program that will use PC tuner card?

I have the vista drivers installed, and they work. I am watching TV on the card at this moment. Then I read a buyer of this card from an Amazon seller says he uses it in win 10 to play FM radio. To do that you need to loop back the audio output using the plug in the back of card to the PC speakers.

 

FM radio & disabled audio settings

FM radio is analog. Are you guys sure it even gets converted to digital so the audio can be processed? You might be looking for workarounds needlessly.

None of the previous Nokia phones I owned allowed applying EQ to FM radio (and I believe this to be a smart choice).



To be honest, throwing a DAC at the audio coming from the FM Radio to convert it to digital, then passing it through a DSP for EQ and other processing, then sending it to a DAC to make it analog again doesn't make any sense from a power management standpoint
- all these steps would require processing power.

I just installed a tuner card for TV, it also has an FM tuner.
How can i play the radio?
It is an Asus MyCinema PS3-110 pci card.

Everything I keep finding is using online internet radio, not OTA broadcast FM radio.
