    My PC is completely broken.Every time I reset my PC, the wallpaper returns to its default, I can't type on the search bar in the bottom left and everything I previously had is wiped.For example, when I play a game and I shut down my PC I have to logged back into everything. And I mean everything. from games to google to Microsoft :CI can't even factory reset my PC because the windows + I buttons don't work and you need that to factory reset somethingIf you have the answer please tell me :CCC

    I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve the issue.


    • Are you connected to Domain network?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + R, type fsmgmt.msc.
    • Select Shares and right click on C$.
    • Select Stop Sharing.
