Windows 10: Help-Cant download anything from Microsoft Store

I'm trying to install Forza 7, and I keep getting the 'Try again later, something went wrong on our end' message. I've been trying to fix it for a few hours, and have had no luck. I checked to see if I can download any smaller apps, and I get the same thing.

I've tried all the fixes online. Ran the troubleshooter, reset the store, tried some cmd fixes, and I can't get it to work. If I go onto the xbox app, it says that the account is not signed in to the store, but I have no issues with that on another PC.

But I can go onto another PC, and select a program to download to the problem device, and it will start to download, but I cannot select the drive that it downloads to, so it fails, since there is not enough space. My default save location is the correct drive that I want to download to.

Any help would be great.

Edit: I created a local account, and it seems to have fixed the issue. I would still like to find a fix for this problem, so I can run my regular account.

Downloading is Slow from Store.

Step 1:

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

You may try the following steps and check:



Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow

Skype not downloading from windows 10 store

• Is this issue confined only to Skype app?
