    Hello!I just helped my friend who's not very knowledgeable in the tech world set up a new PC today. We had gotten everything installed and set up with his accounts and a good chunk of the programs he wanted. However, after a restart, we were met with this stupid issue that would plague us for the rest of the night. After booting the PC and clicking on the sign in after clicking on the lockscreen, we were immediately kicked back to the lockscreen. We couldn't find any way around this.So far, we have tried:-Booting in safe mode-Doing the No Network boot pressing F5 on a page from the recovery

    Sign in options - Web Login not working

    Hi, I wonder if you can help

    Web sign in option enabled on Intune and synced down to the device, the web sign in button is displayed and can be clicked.

    First time it tries to login via web sign in, it states "just a moment" for around 10 - 15 seconds then kicks back to the login screen.

    If the button is pressed again nothing happens it is completely unresponsive, all other login methods continue to work as normal, the PC is up to date and not on a Home version OS

    This was the steps for setup of the intune configuration

    How to enable web sign in on Windows 10 ?

    Any assistance would be appreicated.

    Ways to bypass the login theme and signin do not work

    Tried setting netplwiz in option 1 step 4 which shows no check in users must enter ..... no bypass of login

    Tried step 4 in option 5 below to disable require sign-on on wakeup via policy via registry but still no change on wakeup still getting the screen picture that requires hitting Esc to move to the sign in window which shows a silhouette image, my user name and a sign in button in order to access my desktop screen. Guess I will have to live with the extra steps.

    Again thanks for your interest and suggestions.

    You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen
