Windows 10: help: computer freezing during startup

Hi, I've got a big mystery problem and could really use some help--I turned on my computer Lenovo 2018 ThinkPad the other day, left the room, and it was frozen when I came back in so I turned if off and tried to turn it back on again. It kept freezing during the booting process, and eventually I got the BSOD with an WHEA_UNDETECTABLE_ERROR. I had someone come take a look at the computer, but after taking it apart, testing all of the hardware, etc., he said there is no problem with the hardware or the computer itself, but rather the connection with Windows. He tried running it with a Lenox O

Need help with freezing/crashing

Hi,

To help you with your concern regarding the freezing of your computer, let me suggest you to perform a clean boot. Please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and search for System Configuration
• On the Services tab, select Hide all Microsoft services then click
  Disable all
• Go to Startup tab then click Open Task Manager
• In every Startup item, click Disable
• Close the Task Manager
• Click OK then restart your computer.
• After restart, go back to System configuration, Enable one or two startup item then restart. Do the procedure until you find the reason why your computer freezes
