    As said above, and as can be seen in the imgur link provided, the PC in question keeps doing this weird flashing between the two images with a one second interval. While this is going on, the computer is completely useless as for some reason it is completely frozen and unable to perform any tasks. The cursor also shows that it is loading at all times, for whatever reason.



    I need your help urgently, as he needs it for online education. Thanks in advance.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Unable to log in to my PC - Windows Credentials Icon flashing

    I am unable to log into my PC and I have a flashing (what I think is) the Windows Credentials Icon flashing on the bottom toolbar. I'm unable to access start screen or anything else on my PC.

    Can you help please?
