  1. Help disabling all "Windows" protection

I finally broke down and bought a cheap PC so that I don't have to drive 40 minutes each time I need to do something as simple as log into my work e-mail and send a file.

Unfortunately I'm having a great deal of difficulty getting all of the things I need set up, because Windows isn't allowing me to do what I want with MY computer that I bought.

I've already turned off all of the UAC, done all of the steps listed here,

    https://superuser.com/questions/980...ked-for-your-protection-error-message-in-wind

    https://superuser.com/questions/929...been-blocked-for-your-protection-error/998790

    https://www.askvg.com/fix-this-app-has-been-blocked-for-your-protection-error-message-in-windows/

and it STILL doesn't work. I still run into "This app has been blocked for your protection" please, how the hell do I completely eradicate all traces of windows' "Protection"?! I don't want Windows doing ANYTHING "on my behalf"

This is as simple as can be on a Mac or Linux, but Windows has to be difficult and I've been forced into getting a Windows machine by my work and I'm at my wits end with this BS. Please help since no YouTube tutorial worked, and browsing for "help" on google didn't work, this is the kind of thing that requires real educated people to fix, not "AI".
