Windows 10: help finding this app

ok so i have this kinda old computer it has a pentium core its windows 10... im just wondering if anyone has an app which like goes through the computer and tries to speed up the computer. I mean half the time i try to play minecraft on it the fan becomes louder than my desk fan so does anyone have an app which can do that?

can't find all the apps in windows 10..please help !!

if your looking ,then you must know what the program is called ,if it really hurt that much to have to scroll through a list to find an app, then just do what paulsalter suggest
