Windows 10: HELP! Gaming issue

All my games always played ar 60 fps. Now it runs most the time at 10/15 fps and sometimes it goes back to 60 fps. Its on a laptop. I recently cleaned my fan coolers. But that was a month ago and after cleaning it the games would still run at 60 fps. I recently installed a new graphics driver but i deleted it and manual installed the driver again but still doesnt seem to work.

Specs: gtx 1050 2gb I7 8th gen 12 gb ram

• Is this issue specific to any game?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
