Bought GEars 4 started to play. Everything suits, but the game often turns out that the top / bottom panel crawls out, which leads to inconvenience, as well as a spontaneous pause in the game every 30 seconds …

It is clear that the work of WIN10 applications works this way, but what, on a mouse, is it now impossible to play at all ??? I have a XONE gamepad, but I don’t know how to use it in shooters, and I don’t want to be able to do it, so I play the mouse + keyboard. Fullscreen is enabled in the game settings.
How to deal with this problem?

I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select or click Ease of Access.
• Click or tap on Ease of Access Centre.
• Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck
  Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
• Check if issue is resolved.

2. Do you use Touchpad mouse or Regular mouse on your PC?

However, I suggest you to follow the below steps, and check if that helps.

1. Click on Windows key +
   R button and type Control panel
   
2. Click on Ease of Access
   
3. Then click on Activate Windows by hovering over it with the mouse
   
4. Then click Apply and
   OK.

How to disable the mouse hover feature in windows 10?

There is no such option in the latest builds of Win10.

There is "scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" option in Settings/Devices/Mouse panels.

I checked and unchecked both options but it does not work.

It is annoying option, you have to be very quick to catch the right window if multiple windows are open on your desktop.
