Windows 10: Help, i cant move my keyboard and mouse sometimee

after 15min or 1 hours. my mouse and keyboard cant move i need restart my pc to use but it still cant move after 15min or 1 hours pls someone help me

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.
