Windows 10: Help me make File Explorer borders dark and body a color.

All the white is hurting my eyes, how can I make File Explorer and other programs like CPU-Z and uTorrent to not be all white, I want black or colored borders and the body to be a color. My eyes hurt from all the white.

How can you set the Windows border color to 'anything other than the default white' color presented in Windows 10? Specific examples are File Explorer and MS Paint.

Change dark grey n8 aluminum body into a color one

Hi all
I asked my local Nokia Care Center for the price of changing the aluminum dark grey body to a color one, for instance, green. But they couldn't answer me because the told me that they do not have access to all of the parts of the body, only superior care
centers have them.
So, I ask here how much would cost to change the dark grey body into green, for example here, in Spain, where I come from.
