    Help me please.


    Hi i have a problem with my new buy computer. I bought it to my friend and then i reset it to delete all the files made by him but after the reset is finished "new user" windows account appeared and it's asking for a password that i don't even know. I tried everything to reboot and reset it again but nothing happened still it is locked. What should i do to fix it? Thankyou in advance for the help.

    Can someone please help end this headache with my speakers?: my HP Omen 30L stock motherboard and CPU...my 5.1 surround sound is only using the subwoofer, center and occasionally the left side speaker and I can't figure out how to get the other speakers to work.
