Windows 10: HELP ME PLEASE

So this is my current issue: as of right now, Google Meets, Google Voice, Google Hangouts, and Discord All that I have tried, have not tried others do not work as intended. When I attempt to use Google Meets, I can a loading page that will never stop spinning and says "Getting ready...". And when it comes to something like Google Voice I can't call or receive any calls and when I go to change my input options Microphone and Audio device they do not appear Same for Google Meets, Google Voice, and Google Hangouts. As much as it seems that it might be a Google issue it is not. This issue does persist with another program by the name of Discord the web version as well as the .exe. What is happening here is that some programs can recognize my microphone and audio device while others can't. For example, I tried an online microphone tester on Chrome and Brave as I got that it worked and you could tell and it worked perfectly. But when it came to another website or .exe file this was not the case. This is not a hardware problem as well, as when I go to YouTube to listen to something my audio device is recognized and I can hear everything but in the web version of Discord, others can't hear me but I can hear them opposite on the .exe. This continues for any program and some will work and others won't. Again this is not a hardware problem or an application problem as I have tried with many programs so far and the same issue is apparent with all. So as of right now I can't do Google Meet classes on my PC or answer Google Voice calls, or call or answer anyone using Hangouts, or even talk to someone on Discord without having an issue. I have checked my settings to make sure that my microphone was given access and everything is perfect. All programs that I am talking about have access and are able to work well in theory. But this is not the case in the end. If you know the answer to this mystery that has trapped me and others alike please let me know as I am kind of stressed about this and how I can't even take a call from my PC anymore. Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
