Windows 10: Help me solve this jumble

So I've got an old computer and it boots but on the screen it displays power saving mode press any key to to exit I've tried many times but no luck cleaned the ram with an eraser changed the CMOS still no luck is it possible that the computers dead just asking so I can finally decide what to do with this box

Jumble won't advance to next level.

I indicated Windows 10 and "ease of access" which I'm not sure what that means, but they didn't list Games so this was the only way to get a post.

• I am at level 80 in Jumble.
• I have all correct words, bonuses, et.
• I have 3 stars.
• But I'm supposed to go thru a "gate" but every time I click on it, it tells me I have to get at least one star.
• Ran the troubleshooter for Jumble with no results.
• I installed and reinstalled Ultimate Word Games.
• Called Microsoft support but they didn't tell me to do something that I had already done. They did send a link but their article did not solve the issue.

Any geniuses out there with suggestions? Thanks!

There are several ways for you to download add-ons, games, and apps on your device. You can download it from the Windows Store or the in-game store. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• On which device are you trying to download the November Map?
• Are you referring to the Jumble Words game?
• Have you tried to check the in-game store if the November Map is available?
