  1. [Help] My computer has no storage and I can't delete a thing

I have a C drive with windows on it (the full drive) and a D drive with 545 GB free. Even when I download apps on D drive I still have "no available storage". I've tried to reset my PC in multiple different ways and it always says "free some space". I've tried to delete data on C drive but literally every file is immovable, part of windows or it'll have some random unsolvable error. I was thinking of moving everything from C (including windows) to the D drive, but I don't know if that possible or will slow my PC down by a lot. Please help if you can.

  2. Help- I Can't Start My Computer!

    Dear Ar Rom,

Thank you for your kind suggestions. Maybe I haven't described the situation clearly. When I power up the computer, I don't even get to a start screen. As the computer is starting up, I get a 'diagnosing your PC' and then goes to the "Automatic Repair" screen
which is itself frozen and does not respond when I press its "Restart" key. I have attampted to press the F12 button and the computer takes me to a Boot Menu that lists various Boot procedures such as 'PO: ST2000DM001- 1CH164' and Generic -SD/MMC 1.00'. Because
I am not a techie these mean nothing to me and are not helpful.

Like I have written, everything that has been suggested does not work because my computer cannot even get to a start screen. What to do? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon. I appreciate your time and efforts,

    gratefully,

    John

    Can't access my computer

    Thanks sml156 for your help.

I log in without my Microsoft account. File Explorer > Network, lists 3 computers, mine, my wife's and our Ubuntu that we use for backup. None of the listed computers has a shared folder that I can find, by clicking or right clicking.

My wife's computer lists 3 locations, clicking on my computer shows my HP Laserjet printer which is connected to the network.

When I click my computer there's a Share Tab, clicking that and everything is grayed, on my wife's there's several thing that aren't grayed.
