Windows 10: HELP! My screen freezes and when I try to reboot the PC won't start again, IDK WHAT TO DO!!!!

Okay so, when I try to start any of my game the entire screen freezes and I can't do anything even thou I can sometimes still hear the sound from either a video or music in the background, so I try to force reboot it by holding down the power button, waiting it to turn off and then start it again, BUT nothing happens and the screen stays black in sleep mode. The mouse and keyboard can sometimes also be slow turning on, the lights go on then off and then on again. AND when I try doing it over and over again I sometimes get on to a blue screen with an error message saying Windows 10 didn't sta

Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
3. I´m the administrator of the PC
4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)

Please help!

 

PC won't start

Went to start pc and get the beep. One beep, pause and then repeats. Reseated the RAM and it was working last night.
Ideas, helpful suggestions or cures would be greatly appreciated,
