Windows 10: Help! My Xbox Server connectivity will not connect, nor will my NAT Type

The jist of it is, I've been trying to play some games over the Xbox Live service on Windows 10, but the game (Minecraft) never seems to be able to connect to the server, yet still shows my Friends and Servers.

So I looked at all the tricks, official shit and whatnot, and xbox connection says the same.

NAT Type: Strict Server Connectivity: Blocked

I don't use any sort of VPN or antiviral software, and even using my mobile hotspot gives the same deal. I'd love some help trying to crack this nut of a problem that's plagued my computer for a long time.

PC NAT type is open but server connectivity is blocked

I've been trying to figure out how to fix this, my server connectivity stays blocked, and my NAT type stays open but it can sometimes change into Teredo is Unable to qualify, I've tried doing every step on the Microsoft help page but nothing worked.

I really need help, i heard that maybe reinstalling windows 10 might help but i wanna see if there's any more solutions out there

server connectivity: Blocked

this may impact your ability to play multiplayer games

packet loss: 0%

can someone help me plz?
